Help with pen identification

Hello for everyone. I have a pen, a have an apple... This is old ballpoint pen, I cant find any information about this pen. I got it from my parents. Tempo and K2 inscriptions on the case.

Can anybody provide me with information about this pen and information about its price.

Really noname? I hoped that this pen relates to Tempo pens, like tempo tempograph, champion etc.
