I wonder if this is some type of scam??

I’m not sure what’s happening here either. I bought a 823 clear FA from this seller a week or so prior to when this post went up. Then we messaged about the Waterman and then all was silent before we finalized the transaction. I was very happy with my previous transaction so I don’t think this is a scam.
