I'd be up for a bottle of Caribbean Sea & Saffron :-)
Sadly, he doesn't have either of those. Typical

I need to note that, after a few days in the pen, MI3/CDA Sunset went 'sticky;' that is, it would not dry. I've had the same phenomenon occur with a couple of other inks: PR Ebony Blue, Noodler's BSIER, and Noodler's Navaho Turquoise.

I'm hoping a few added drops of water will take care of it. Anyone else notice this? I do love the color and am using it for InCo!
My other pen is a Montblanc.

And my other blog is a tumblr!

I haven't noticed yet, but I haven't had it inked up since initial usage. I filled the converter in my Serena and went through it. I'll try inking up my 580 with it and see how it acts.

Wow, no. I wrote with it in my Optima for about a week, and it didn't change at all. It still dried quickly and the color was consistent. I mostly use Rhodia and Clairefontaine paper, too, which kind of take a bit longer to dry.

Sailor, what pen are you using? Is the cap airtight? I wonder if there's been some evaporation?

This was a Jinhao/Bulow/Xfountainpen 450 with a garden hose nib. I suppose there could have been some evaporation, though the cap fits very well, and this was my second fill of the color.

The added water seems to have 'cured' it.

Okay...now I'm cleaning it up. Someone had mentioned this ink was hard to clean out. It's a little trickier than some others, but not impossible. Reds tend to stain. I'm done with the section and giving the converter an extra soak.

At the same time, I am cleaning a Plaisir that had a brown Platinum cart in it and that's equally tricky to get clean.
