MB 252 - where to send for restoration and nib fixing?

Hi, I have a MB 252 with a slightly bent tine and some questions?

1. What is the best place for sending old MBs for nib fixing and restoration?

2. If I send it to Montblanc, would they change a nib for a smaller size if I ask them to?

3. Are there any places where they restore MBs, and fix and regrind nibs at the same time?

4. I live in the UK and several times had to pay ridiculus customs while ordering relatively inexpensive pens from the USA and Japan. Could it happen that I'm asked to pay customs also while sending a pen outside the EU just for repair/servicing?

5. My MB has the nib size engraved as "M-". What does the "-" stand for?

Whatever you do, do not send it to Montblanc for anything.

In the UK I'd contract Erick Wilson.

The "M" on the nib stands for Montblanc, M- on the turning nob is a medium possibly italic nib but only shows what was on the pen originally. Often the actual nib is different than what was originally on the pen..

The 252 only comes with a #2 nib and I don't know of a smaller one available.

I'm sorry for the confusion. I meant the tipping size.

I had a closer look at the nib and it does look a bit like a stub/italic. I bought the pen some time ago, but because of the nib damage I hasn't had a chance to use it yet. If it is a stub I may keep it the way it is.
