    Default video Editor

Help techy friends. Can someone help me with figuring out which video editor is the best for me? I want to video blog for my business. I did a short video and it needs editing. I'm not strong in the techy field. I get confused easily. I've been doing google searches and getting more confused. I had thought about power director 13, but reviews on amazon leads me to believe that it's not for beginners. I'm not looking to do slick videos (at least right now) so I don't need fancy stuff. Can anyone point me in a direction? I have a windows computer with the most updated crappy window system. Should I stick with windows movie editor? Reviews on that system said it's not for beginners. Any thoughts? Input?
    Thank you
