We've had a weirdly dry and warm winter here in Seattle so we've already got a bit of spring happening. Some pics for you all who are still frozen in your igloos.
Enjoy!

Thank you, what is the first one with the one flowers?
Not a clue. Something that was blooming along the trail in the city park in central Kirkland. Some sort of flowing shrub, but which sort I have no idea.

You take beautiful pictures. Thanks for sharing.
I cleaned my fish tank today. It's a planted tank and there was a wonderful earthy smell from the plants. Brought up fond memories of spring. I can't wait to see spring.

Wow those are really really beautiful photos!
Makes me long for spring so much.
Thanks for sharing those... with all the snow we got here today it's a refreshing reminder of whats to come.... eventually.
Very lovely macro shots! We're still pretty frozen here, with no end in sight!
Chances are, my garden won't bloom this year until May again :-/
Thanks for these lovely pictures Tandaina, I've just come back from a lovely walk here in Peterborough UK, at the little church just over the road the snowdrops are telling us that Winters grip is going, thankfully...

Thaw? it is -22C outside brrrrr.
To follow up from Lady Onogaro's request, just to make all of you still struggling with snow feel that the end is in sight, here's a couple of pictures taken today, the first daffodils I've seen this year, after finding the site back up this morning, it sort of added an extra sparkle to my day...
