Aurora 88P, black barrel with gold cap, piston filler, 14 kt M nib,pen is in excellent condition barrell and has some micro scratches due to normal use, cap is in perfect condition no dings or cracks. Piston works smoothly and loads up tons of ink. Which level you can check via amber ink view window. Pen no. is 3032734.

Pen is in excellent condition.

This particluar model was made surely made after 1958, the no. of the this particular model shows is was made in late 1950's or beginning of 1960's I don't know how many of this pens Aurora produced every year and the 98 model was introduced in 1963.

Since this is where I first saw the pen for sale, I want to publicly thank David. It took a bit of time to get to me, being hung up in customs in NY for some reason, but it finally arrived and is a lovely pen, both in looks/condition and its writing qualities. This Aurora took a quick leap up into the top level of my favorite pens to write with. Thank you, David!

My current one is a early first model (500,000 range), and has a nice Semi flex nib that goes from XXF-B. The piston was stiff, but a dab of silicone grease fixed that Great pen!!
