MI should become a franchise. Or a TV show. With Jeremy Clarkson. I am imagining the speedy writing ink tests.

    Laura and Chrissy as co-hosts.
I admit it: I was briefly intrigued by the ratings possibilities. Then, after thinking it over for, oh, five seconds, I remembered that MI does have some minimal personal conduct expectations. Plus a criminally low budget.

Also, I am afraid of being punched.

I do think the celebrity co-host is a nice idea. George Clooney has been floated as a possibility, but when I reached out to his people they weren't sure about his schedule. We can take other nominations.

Daffodil shoots? Mine are ready to pick and put in a vase indoors. I will take a pic tomorrow when it's light.

Anyway, so how are things? Are we okay? Maybe we can help each other be okay, or at least a bit more okay. We are sad, many of us, but MI is sort of a little island of happiness, so let's huddle together and send virtual hugs. Peace, love and understanding is the theme, after all. I know my ice/snow is slowly melting outside. I think I see the first daffodil shoots out there, too. I think daffodils are sort of a good image for MI5, actually.

So how is everyone else? Anyone have any thoughts on anything? MI? Anything you'd like to see in a later MI? I'm almost sure I heard Crazyorange say she'd love a future MI of black ink, right? My memory can be a little faulty ....
Oooooh thank you. I'm really looking forward to seeing it.

Jeremy Clarkson is currently in big trouble at the Beeb. This weeks Top Gear has been cancelled.....

My mistake. Obviously an explosion at the Shave Ice factory. Grab some syrups and some cones, stat!

ETA: this is a joke, referring to a conversation of a few days ago. I'm not really serious.

If we could get George Clooney to host the show, it wouldn't matter if it was about ink. Ratings would be great. Maybe he could personally deliver samples? Can you imagine george on your front stoop? Sigh. I would even test a black ink if he come with the sample.

A plausible and valiant argument, indeed!
