    Hi All

I have been busy the last couple of days adding to my now three week old collection.

The MB's from left to right in the tray are -
142 Black, 142 Grey Striated, 144 Black, 144 Grey Striated, 244g Grey Striated, 244 "Tigers Eye", 244g Black, 252 Black, 254 Black and a 264 Black, plus a 144/classic not in the photo.
I also found a CS 58 "Tiger Eye" to partner my No 58 Cracked Ice.

I was lucky to be invited to a dealers home, much of his stock is not currently advertised.
He showed me a really nice 1927 Parker Duofold Senior in Mandarin Yellow also an early bandless "Big Red".
I am now busy reading up on these Parkers, it is too tempting to have 100's of vintage pens spread out in front of you!

The photo's are the best I can take at the moment (the light is terrible today).

Hi to Jon Szanto, the Cracked Ice and Stripy Montblanc now have some friends!!

    Thanks for looking.

    Cheers Alan

I'm going to go and cry... and then throw up... and then cry some more! I will never in my life have the funds to afford any of these pens. To be be fair, I say this purely out of jealousy

Please tell me that, at least, you do use them... on second thoughts I'm not sure that would help... or would it?!?! Oh well, back to crying into my pillow.

Please note, this is written with a dry, British sense of humour

    Just awesome Alanc!

You need to go by a lottery ticket! You luck in running into a collection like that is phenomenal!

Thank you for your comments Sammyo and Bisquitlips.

I have added a few more Montblancs since my last post.
234.5, 342, 042G and 042G Burgundy all serviced and in super condition.
I mentioned in an earlier post that my dealer has two "grail" Parker Duofold pens. A 1927 Single Band Mandarin Yellow and a 1921-3 Bandless Big Red both in excellent condition for their age and fragility.
I shall be visiting him this Friday, I may have to dig deep into my pockets for these two!
I have no luck with the Lottery, but I do have a bucket and tissues handy.

    Cheers

    Alan
