Default What model of waterman FP is this ?

This pen has been in my collection for sometime. I tried to sell it off the last time but no one picked it up ... and I am glad actually. This is a nice CC writer. Anyone have any idea what kind of Waterman is this ?

Looks like a second generation Laureat.

How do you differentiate the 1st gen and 2nd ?

I have both first generation and second generation Laureats. The second generation Laureat has a domed cap top, where the first generation Laureat's cap top is flat. There is also a difference in where the trim ring at the section is located, on the barrel or on the section.

I think your pen is a second generation Laureat. The clip is more squared off on a first generation Laureat. The second generation Laureat's clip curves in toward the top.

The section is interesting. Is it comfortable to write with?

I have found the section of the Laureats to be as comfortable as any other. It's just thick enough for comfort and the rolls don't make much of an effect.
