The folks at Inkleaf have done an excellent job. I have it filled with a homemade notebook with G. Lalo paper and a Field Notes gridded notebook. The pen loop may not work with some fountain pens. I had to stretch it with an Ahab to insert my Pelikan, which now fits snugly.

The inner pocket is brilliant. I use it for cards, receipts, and other random bits of paper I gather on any given day. This notebook is tad bigger than the standard version, but it's still portable and perfect for my (productivity) needs.

I agree. In reality, it looks even nicer than the photographs show. It has a richer texture that fills it with vintage aesthetics. Like something out of a Steampunk story. I'll try to take a better picture under different light.

That is a robust looking cover, it appears well made.
The thin lines (inscribed?) inside the stiching give it a classy look.

I just placed an order for a standard Field Notes cover in Bison. Thanks for the post! I would never have known about these guys otherwise. I'll let you all know how the cover works out!

I hope you enjoy it as much as I'm enjoying mine. Post some pics if you can. Here's mine photobombing a bunch of pens.
