Default 1939 Parker Junior Shadowave Vacumatic fountain pen

For sale is a 1939 Parker Junior Shadowave Vacumatic fountain pen. The pen has two bands and is double-jewelled. The pen has a fine nib, speedline filler, and has been professionally restored. Transparency and imprint are good as well. My apologies about the photos. They are the best I could do. Paypal accepted. Asking $250.00

I might be totally wrong, but I believe your price is too high. Maybe more like $195 for this (someone please tell me If I'm wrong...)--The condition doesn't look mint, and the pen is the Junior size.

It is near mint and restored (I have a real hard time with lighting where I took the photos so I wish they were better). I was told it was worth $250 by someone I trust. The only one I have ever seen online that is similar also started at $250. That being said, if I am overvaluing it, I would be more than happy to lower the price. I am relatively new to vintage selling and I want to be fair. Thanks for your comment!

Some hints to help sell it are:

include one picture at least lighted from behind to show the transparency.

include close up pictures of the nib and feed.

    include a handwriting sample.

try to highlight the imprints by using chalk or white wax to fill the imprints.

If it's in really good shape $250.00 is not unreasonable.
