Excellent quality small size fountain pen.
The ELITE brand was made especially for the Swiss market in the 1970's / 1980's by Reform, Germany.
This model is identical to the very popular and well known Reform '1745'.
The main difference with the black & green 1745 is its color: Dark green cap & barrel.
The pen comes in its original plastic box.
Brand new, never inked, absolutely mint, with the original price tag in Swiss Francs.

It's a Flex nib, and will write from Fine to Broad depending on pressure applied.
