    Question Cotyer Pens? (Chinese)

Has anyone here ever heard of this Cotyer pen? It's Chinese in manufacture and takes Jinhao ink cartridges. Some are currently on sale on eBay as the Cotyer V5. Seller is pokydady. Thanks, Breck

A mystery brand indeed. Can't seem to get much info from pokydaddy either.

What I have noticed is there are a lot of Chinese pens that look the same with different manufacturers names on them. Are they all just copying each other or could it be that reject pens get their own brand to be sold off? Purely speculating.

@KIvan, yes I think you may be on to it. With the Cotyer for sale on eBay is also offered ink cartridges by Jinhao. And the pens themselves do resemble the gold-plated Jinhaos, such as the 165. In fact that was how I found the Cotyers in the first place, by searching for gold Jinhaos (one of which, the aforementioned I bought).
