That's beautiful, Chrissy. Have you inked it up yet?

Thank you. Yes I have as it happens. I tried it with Diamine Bilberry, but that combination was far too wet. So I refilled it with Mb Einstein, and that seems to be much better
It's one of my occasional strange quirks that I sometimes like to fill with an ink that matches the pen in some way. Please don't get me wrong, I'm not fanatical about it, and I'm not a grey ink fan. But for now I like it.
I forgot to add details. For those of you who are interested, this is a Centennial, that was made in Newhaven, England in 1993.
It has spent almost all of it's life thousands of miles from home, and looks like it was hardly ever used. It has now returned to the Country where it was made. I think that's rather poignant.

Nice pen.
(I simply had to redact my little joke - I didn't have any idea this was a pen from the 90's)

The Centennial is a pen worthy of the Duofold designation.

Thanks for the sample. So classic and beautiful. The nib is outstanding with the pattern. Definitely a treasure.

Beautiful pen!

A really nice pen, Chrissy! Since I'm partial to the 1920's Flat-top DuoFold Seniors, I'm also quite taken by these early 1990's re-release Centennial Flat-top's. Mine is all black. . . you can never have too many black pens.
Enjoy it! It is definitely a classic.
