    Default Question Esterbrook Dollar Pens

I just received my second Esterbrook Dollar, noticed the cap clips are slightly different. Were their different styles of clips for different years?

Keep in mind this was a running change. The 1941-2 catalog shows both styles of clips, but the one on the right is perceived to be earlier.
