My new inks

Just received some new inks. Diamine Sherwood Green and Bilberry. Love them. Also Noodlers burgundy. One problem was the Diamine 30 ml bottle has a very small cap and one of my pens would not fit into the bottle to fill. You would think they would make it a bit wider. My other favourite inks at the moment are Herbin Bleu Pervenche and Diamine Burnt Sienna.

Nice selection.
I do like Bilberry; it is usually in my vintage Pilot Elite & works well with the SF nib. But beware, it can be a bit naughty to clean out & behaves badly on some papers that are perfectly fine with all other inks.

Funnily enough, I have the same behaviour issues with my Noodler's Burgundy as the Bilberry. But I still use them both regularly.

You might try picking up a TWSBI ink bottle or an old Sheaffer bottle that you could decant the inks into.

Diamine Bilberry and Sherwood Green are both two of my favorite inks. Excellent colors and fairly well behaved.

I agree with you about the Diamine 30ml plastic refill bottles. I can't get my Lamy Nexx M pens into them to dip test the ink, and it's a nuisance.

I bought Bilberry in the 80ml glass bottle, and decanted my 30ml refill bottle of Sherwood Green into a nicer bottle.

I have 2 TWSBI ink bottles and they are fabulous. I would recommend them, especially if you can find them at a good price. Mine contain Diamine Tchaikovsky and Diamine Regency Blue inks

One of my favourite ink brands. Blueberry is a lovely colour. You should try Reed Green too.

I just picked up a bottle of Bilberry. Haven't used it yet. Love the color, though.
