Er, if by chance you should happen to see a cap for a black Osmia 884 and a clip for a Osmia 223, please think of little me!

    All the best

Sorry Cob, while they had surprisingly large selection of Osmias at the show, there were no parts on offer. Entire pens were reasonably priced, in my opinion, but not to the point of becoming parts pens.
Thanks very much Jeph for looking - there wasn't a 448 there by any chance was there (just wishful thinking)?

I really like the Wahl you bought - beautiful.

The picture doesn't do that tortoise justice. I saw it in full daylight, and it's absolutely stunning.

That is true, but I have not had good daylight for the last 2 days. I played some tricks with backlighting, and in these pictures there is too much contrast (not software manipulated, just due to the backlighting) but gives a better representation of the coloring. 4 shots 90 degrees apart with backlighting:

Edit: I liked that so much that I did the Doric backlit also:

And in all of the other excitement I forgot to include my complete Boden (made in a nearby village but I forgot the name) drafting set.

Oh dear Jeph. You went well beyond my wildest expectations of you going on a fountain pen buying spree.

These are excellent additions to your stash!

Well done and now it is my turn of looking at going to Germany next year.
