    Very nice, these are about the size of lumberjack braces, but these are elastic so will not do for lumberjacks. They will however make you look very stylish at the next pen posse meeting.

    I think that fountain pens are considered flamboyant by some people, and users are both intellectually flamboyant and well dressed. Of course I could be be wrong, and people are just taking the piss out of a specious premise which reflects an intolerant set of attitudes. If you do figure it out, please keep us informed.
