A nice idea. Don't forget to join the Black Pen Society and other long time collectors in the Pit later in the evening.

Howz the scented Cinnamon?
Fred
I love the color. The smell.....not impressed. It's such a pretty red under tone brown - it reminds me of a cinnamon bark color. I've enjoyed it. It's on proud display front and center of ink collection. Once the ink is gone, I'm keeping the bottle. So pretty. Thank you for passing it on.
Yabba Dabba Dooooooo!
I'll be there. I'll bring some show and tell.

You're welcome!

I fly in Thursday evening, leave Monday morning. Very much looking forward to all of the socializing even more than the show itself!
I've been in the DC area for some years now, and this is the first year I've heard about the pen show. I wasn't following any fountain pen boards like this one until recently though, so maybe that's why. I probably should attend the event since it's right here in my area, but I'm not sure if I will. If I do and am around when your meet-up is going on, I can try to stop by.
Pen addict meet up Friday night when the show closes in the meeting room. Lots of social media/ bloggers and some vendors will be at this meet up. All folks are welcome. Play with pens, socialize and meet a few pen people and pen makers ( Shawn Newton will be there among others).
Want more information? Details will be found on twitter.
Thanks vanness. Sounds like fun.
In regards to our meet up...we are booked for Saturday 7pm at the bar area. This year we won't suffer listening to the horrible band. The band will not be there. We will be able to hear ourselves talk! Woohoo!
Jump on a jet plane. It's only 20 hours flying time
