Default Shure 1440 headphones--near mint, in box, $185 within the US

    Shure 1440 headphones
    near mint
    $185, shipped, within the US

I am the first owner and listened to them for under thirty minutes. (I need to use closed headphones, alas--though their sound cannot match the Shure 1440.)

Ships in the original big box with
    • carrying case
    • 2 cords (only one used)
    • 2 pairs of earpads (only one on the headphones)
    • all documentation
    • even the t-shirt from the headphone shop.

The deal gets better: I found my long-forgotten, scarcely used, Shure SE 115 earphones. MSRP of $120 five or six years ago. I will include them, with a small bag of new ear tips, from Shure, as a bonus to fountain pen geeks.
