pilot parallel thing

So these parallel pens are freaking cool as heck. I decided to spice up a checklist and try the ink blending trick I saw on the tubes:



I put a bit too much black into the green inked pen so I had to keep going until it gradated. The handwriting ain't great but I forgive myself this time.

Cool effect. If anything, that would be the only reason for me to get some of those.

Ivan, if a 1.5 italic nib tickles you at all, pick one of these up. Ten bucks, it lays down a crazy amount of ink. you can turn it 90 degrees and get an extra fine line also. I've had a ton of fun with these pens, I think you might too. Picked up the 2.4mm version yesterday.

Wow! I see a 1.5 in my future... I'll start off at the smaller end of the spectrum, I'm not ready for the Awesomeness of the 2.4. I like your ink blending too, pretty neat stuff.

Figured I'd share a quick test with these samples done in a 3.8mm with the colors loaded using a 1.5 (thats why you can see some of the color striations in some of the lines.

Purple --> Black --> Green
