    Default Parker 51 Vacumatic Pen Black w/ 16k gold filled $29

    This pen is tarnishing on the cap. Small ding on cap..pin head or smaller sized.
    I bought this pen, then soon after found a mint condition one.
    The plunger goes up and down, but I do not know if it is holding ink. I would consider it a parts pen and am pricing it low.

    Asking $29 shipped to US. Paypal goods funds.
