Portland, OR shopping?

Any recommendations for shopping in Portland, OR?

pens: I'm looking for budget & used pens.

ink: Know of any places selling hard-to-find inks?

stationery:
1. I'd like to find blank cards 4 to 4.5 inches square.
2. In greeting cards, I use birthday & cards without a message the most; I also buy get-well cards.
(Last time I was in Powell's Books' main store, I didn't find any cards at all.)

I could only find one pen shop in town when we were there last Fall and that was Paradise Pen inside the Pioneer Place shopping mall:

Is there a Kinokuniya in the Uwajimaya store? The one in Seattle has an enthralling stationery section, including a few fountain pens.
