These are not so much sketches as they are experimenting with inks, pens and brushes....

These are on drawing paper. Different inks from different manufacturers. Noodlers, Heberon... Montblanc.... The inks react to each other on the paper... Repelling, bleeding or blending which creates the affects....

Ok, cool. Are the papers the same size, and if so, does the ink cover the end page, and if so, what size? Justifying to wrap my head around the scale of your squiggles. Just nosy!

I can't really draw or sketch - but I like doing it
My new project is to take some notes about what razor I use.
I use a Hobonichi Techo 2016 planner and Parker 25 fountain pen.

Some from the last week or so:

    Hi Folks,
I´ve been not visiting FPGeeks quite a long time, sorry for that.
Lurked arround at FPN for a long time, but as they started to censor my posts I will not post my sketches there anymore.
I hope they are welcome here.

I´d like to show you my latest sketch from last evening.

I just wish I have the time these days.

    Hi Ptero, penwash here.

What did they (FPN) do now?
Your sketches are the big part in the only thread that I truly enjoy there at FPN (you know which one).

    Having you here is great!

    Hi Penwash,
    thanks for the warm welcome.
I don´t think that many people will miss my scribbles, FPN is a huge site.
Great to see that you are really active here.

    Hi Fountainpagan
The elephant is great, please keep the drawings coming!

    Hi Pira,
welcome to FPGeeks, great to see you found the link (not sure how long it will stay visible there )
    Thanks
I hope you will post also here your great art

This is my little contribution for todays evening.

(Black Elder Pens ..... Libro Königsblau)

These home made Black Elder stick pens are really great.
Initially a FPN user showed some reed pens he made for his kids.
As I don´t have reed (or bamboo) here I've choosen Black Elder stick as replacement.

My son and I love them.
We gave them all a left oblique cut, they also seem to be quite durable, we used them already extensive and they show no sign of degradation yet.
Btw. you can also make really good durable whistles from Black Elder.

I'm too am not confident that the link will last there long

None the less, thank-you for the welcome and might as well throw my 'umbrella' drawing in here too. I'll have to find time to explore this place as it looks like fun . Nice demonstration of the use of your elder pen with that lion.
