    Default Stuck Plunger

I recently acquired a Sheaffer Liftetime and it has a stuck plunger. Any thoughts in how to get the plunger to move freelt?

I would try soaking the pen in a solution of 1 part ammonia to 10 parts waters in an ultrasonic cleaner. Make sure you get the solution inside the pen so it contacts the stuck plunger. You may need to disassemble the pen to do this.

I'm assuming this is a vacuum filler or otherwise known as a wire filler. The pen has a blind cap that unscrews and then the plunger on a thin rod pulls out - only this one doesn't?
That is opposed to the touchdown filler which has a large tube that pulls from the back of the pen.

If is is a vac filler and it is stuck, you will need to get the right parts to fix it as the plunger washer has likely dried up and the packing unit will need to be repacked. Maybe not, but that is the likely scenario.

Does the pen have a standard nib or a triumph nib?
