Both pens have been restored which means the diaphragm has been replaced, the gold hardware has been cleaned to bring back its’ original luster, and all pens have been polished. Meticulous care has been taken to make sure the blind cap is properly aligned with the barrel on each pen. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask. Flow can be adjusted to suit the buyers’ preference. Now, on to the good stuff…

Q4 1947 Dove Gray Vac Demi. Please refer to this post for size comparisons of the vac demi to the aerometric demi and full size vac. The barrel imprint is slightly worn, “Parker 51″ is nearly impossible to read. “Made in USA” is barely readable with the naked eye but the date code is strong and easy to see. The hardware is in excellent condition, both the clutch ring and clip have no corrosion or defects in the plating. The cap has minor surface scratches with an overall good finish and free from dents or dings. The nib is incredibly smooth and considered a generous fine point. $90

Q1 1948 India Black Vac. The first line of the imprint is barely readable but the second line and date code are very easy to read. The clutch ring has 3 small spots where pitting has occured. The clip is in good condition with some brassing along the edge between the arrowhead and feathers. The blue from diamond is gone. The cap is in very good condition with no dents or dings and only small surface scratches. The XF/F nib writes nicely unlike many of the finer nib points out there. $100
