oo! good topic.
I love watches and pens...and yes, they match from time to time:

Rarely wear a watch. My phone has the time and as it's almost always with me it seems rather redundant to wear a watch.

Yes, and I found your earlier thread here. Thank you so much for sharing these beautiful pens. Seeing these is a treat.
The watch is nice, too.

Thanks, yes they are nice pens (i like the push-button filling system).
Go for it. It's hand wind mechanical but very very very accurate. It's usually +/- 5 s a day which has gained about 2 or 3 seconds total every month. It's by a German manufacturer called Nomos Glashütte and the model is Club ref 701. That's my pen and watch and the Club is the most whimsical and accessible model. The tangente is their iconic piece. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1449528381.746969.jpg

Simple really. I find fountain pens more comfortable to write with. At work... the phone, my cellphone and my computer all have the time on them so no need for a watch. On my days off, I don't care what time it is. As a wee laddie in Bonnie Scotland I never bothered with the time either. It was time to go home when my old mum yelled oot the windae!!

Great topic! Mechanical watches and fountain pens are part of the morning ritual of getting ready for the day. Today They match up decently well.

Both my watch and pen are on the left arm so that is a match.

If you think these things match up, I don't see it.

Today my watch and pen(s) don't match very well:
_ Seiko Marinemaster with orange Isofrane band
_ Black and white swirl LeBoeuf 80
_ Omas Galileo
If I had the MM on its original bracelet, I guess a bit better.
Best, greg
