Name that Franken-pen
My newest Frankenpen: An orphan Sheaffer Lifetime F nib on a Wearever Pennant body.
The nib came is a broken-in-half Sheaffer balance body, I tried to glue the barrel back, but no dice.
The Pennant has the perfect size feed that works to supply ink to the nib, and I don't like the Wearever nib.
Why bother? Because the Sheaffer nib is an excellent one, it has that critical balance between smooth with just the right touch of feedback.
This pen is my favorite daily writer in rotation.
So... name: Weaffer or Shearever or ... ?
(Additionally, share your newest franken-pen stories)

You can always turn a so-so pen into something interesting in this way.
