I just figured I'd poke my head in and say hi. I'm from the San Francisco Bay area. In the last year since I started collecting pens again, I've seen my collection grow from a modest three (Parker 100, Pilot VP, and Aurora Style Resin) to almost 40, and my bottled ink collection grow from zero to far too many:

Hi, I am from Siddeburen, The netherlands and as a couple months i rediscovered my very first fountain pen that i got end 1993. La infinita, made from compressed sawdust and a black coated nib. Now i tried writing with it and the coating on the nib peeled away. It only holds international small cartridges but not securely since the barrel is slightly to small. Anyways since then, to get rid off my overload of collected stationary i started writing and wanted incentive to do so, so I've bought by now and loving it, a Pilot MR White tiger, several Jinhao pens (x450, x750, 159) and have gathered a ebonite dip pen by Ranga (india), which came with the Oliver 246 fountainpen and am currently waiting to receive the Parker urban mat black gt.
