My 1.5 stub writes about as fat as that. My guess also 1.1 or 1.5 stub.

Welcome to the rabbit hole... I started with stubs, got hooked and now I'm having such custom italics ground that certain nib meisters apparently gossip about me. :P It's a slippery but oh so fun slope.

I get the impression that its at least 1.5, either a stub or music nib, the latter because it looks like a pretty wet line.
