    Can anyone tell me what the H stands for on an Oblique Broad nib???

    It means it's a "Hard" (Hart) nib, that is, not flexible. I thought these nibs only went from HEF, HF to HM.

    I agree, it means "hard". Hard Oblique Broad, in your case. There is people that prefers them that way for several reason, such as accounting, or just because a personal reference. Congrats, they are not very common (i.e., the ones marked as such).
