I am currently really enjoying my black Sailor Sapporo. I always have a soft spot for my Pilot 845 though. I just like almost everything about the 845.

The Feather Touch nibs were Sheaffers non-Lifetime nibs. They were used on the pens without the White Dot.

    Feather Touch nib

    Lifetime Nib

I've never noticed a performance difference between the Feather Touch and Lifetime nibs.

All of them? Is that a valid answer?

Really, it changes with the day and my mood. For ease of writing, I love my restored Esterbrook J, 9668 nib, that was a gift from a college friend. It's lightweight, writes like a dream. I can write for ages without any hand fatigue.
For nostalgia's sake, I have my grandmother's Sheaffer Triumph tuckaway that was a gift from my grandfather. Her name is even engraved on it.
Somedays, when I am want my handwriting to look more interesting, I go to my Noodler's Creaper with the flex nib.
Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

My current favorite for signatures is a Mabie Todd Swan "Calligraph" that has a sweet italic nib with a little bit of flex as well. For notes, however, it's just too broad and heavy.

Currently, it's my newest pen: a Romillo Sil #9 with a wonderfully writing medium-fine nib. My favorite pen changes week to week though.

+ 1 for Esterbrook J, but with an Osmiroid Italic Fine Straight nib. It's the first Fine Italic I have had that actually has excellent line variation! I love it.
Also, I can't say enough for my admiration of my TWSBI Mini and the 1.1 mm nib.
And ... any pen that will take Fountain Pen Revolution's Flex nib/feed!
