    Default Refills (no FP)

I like to keep a couple multi pens around with a pencil lead and a couple gel refills for those times a fountain pen doesn't make sense. I'd like to have something nicer than the cheap multis you can get in the US and found two on the amazing Rakuten. But I've got no idea what kind of refills they take. Anyone know?

This is another website, but from the picture of the three refills it takes, do you think it is this one: http://www.engeika.com/product/2127
It's small and definitely not your conventional parker, or cross type, but from the picture you have it seems like it gets pushed in to a metal receptacle/shaft.

I'm honestly not sure. The Japanese images clearly show roller ball and pencil refills as well but finding them on the site is... non-trivial for an English speaker, the translated site is pretty sparse on detail. Don't suppose we have any Japanese members who might know more?

Have a look at Cult Pens. This one looks similar, without the Makie finish:

The Platinum uses refill bsp-100s you can get them from Amazon. Lead is 0.5mm.

At the top of page 154 you'll find the refills for the Sailor pen. Part numbers 18-0055-xxx. But any 3mm diameter 88mm long refill should work. The pencil is just 0.5mm HB.

The multi's that take Pilot Hi-Tec C refills can not be beat. (for performance). They are pretty classic disposable looking but the refills are very nice.

Multis are still really popular in NE Asia. I can walk to my local mom and pop and there are dozens of different models.

I am with Wile on this one. If you go to the original page in Japanese it clearly shows the refill as the Platinum BPS-100s.
