April hasn't been the most productive month so far, although I've done something every day. Here's a picture from late March. Watercolor and a black ink brush pen.
And here's something that isn't strictly speaking mine. Just a photo I took on a walk yesterday. Don't know who did it, but thought it was interesting enough to preserve.

I guess it doesn't hurt to pop in here once in a while
That's the latest pen I restored. No branding, 1940s from the looks of it. But look at that celluloid pattern.

Nicely done!

Wow! That looks like a great sketch ink. So many shades of "brown". I'm reviewing R &K document Braun. It's almost black when sketching with an EF nib. Though, I haven't tried washes with. But when I did its chroma it was just dark brown, so I doubt if I can do washes like that. But now you inspired me to try
...another IG miniature.
I like the seemingly random clash of buildings from different eras and the resulting shapes.
Bit of a cheat really! But I'm including this watercolour by my late father. His outlining was done often with the Rotring that I've superimposed.
Dad had that beautiful sensitive 'loose' line quality that I see in Christof's great drawings. (Love the architectural works too Christof).
