And here we have the last weekly Dojo sketch before the summer break.
There is no Judo training for my son the next two months.

Actually I enjoyed sketching on the visitor gallery of the Dojo, outside, away from a desk just holding the notepad in the fingers with a timelimit of maximum 1 hour.
As my son also enjoys Judo and will continue in Fall I will also continue.

Entre, I like your tank girl.

My son and I had another drawing session today.

Entre actually your drawing inspired me to draw also a girl.

This weekend I tried Clairefontaine Pastelmat paper the first time for a pastel drawing.

And it´s amazing, this makes so much difference compared to the normal/multi techniques paper I´ve used before.
The pigments of the pastels are holding perfectly in place on this paper, just awesome.
The only drawback is that it is quite expensive.

I´ve drawn a European crossed viper, one of the few venomous snakes in Austria, using my Stabilo Carbothello pastel pencils on Clairfontaine Pastelmat.

My son made during this week these fighting firedragons with soft pastels.

And today we´ve drawn together flowers with oil pastels on a for us new paper, Lana Colours Indigo 160g/m2.

Today my son and I had another drawing session.
I´m trying to show him the basics of figure construction.
So we watched and followed together a tutorial from Marcel´s channel "Drawing like a Sir".
Drawing women right - Anatomie for Beginners.

I like his videos, he is drawing normally Manga style.
Junior like his channel because it´s a german speaking one, so he also can understand it

Afterwards we inked and colored our basic figure differently.

He decided to make a warrior out of it.

And I made a female robot out of it.
