WTB: Pilot Vanishing Point Copper, Twilight, Metallic Purple, or Metallic Orange

So I have been tasked by a friend to track them down a Vanishing Point she was wanting ether a Twilight, Metallic Purple, or Metallic Orange. Nib isn't the biggest deal since they can be switched out but an EF, F, or Italic would be her first choice.
