@mizgeorge sorry to hear that about the cold snap. I fought winter, especially March, which toys with you. Right now we have freezing rain, for ex. I learned sometime ago, that if embrace winter, I would be fine, even his/her last roars. Now I have to that for our hot and humid summers

When I pop in here now and then, to have a look at the latest guesses, I’m gobsmacked by all the ink suggestions. The choices we have today really are mind-blowing aren’t they!? There is a seemingly endless variety of brands, types, colours…………

At the start of my fountain pen adventures, in the 1960s, I remember I had bottles of Quink Black and Blue-Black, and for excitement, a bottle of Stephens Radiant Blue. Didn’t seem limited at the time, and certainly made decisions about filling up my one and only fountain pen much easier.

Ah - nostalgia for the simple life! I must be feeling my age today 👵🏻 😉
