The new Orange was released shortly before they went under. It was never widely distributed it seems. No one knows whether any of their inks will be sold again.

It's not hard to find very close colour matches, amongst the brands who have their inks made under contract by one of the big European manufacturers, but I doubt we'll see that bottle design again. Very sad :-(

NB: I've seen the other 8 colours still for sale here & there, but not Orange.

It was the bottle clue that swung it. Such a great design.

Actually considered Omas orange (a colour I only discovered during this round) for my previous guess, but didn’t think it matched your writing sample.

On the other hand, I'd never realised how many lovely blue-black inks there were until this round, and now I have to buy some.

But first, I must go and find a very special pen, and then go and bring out a bottle of something obscure from the ink vaults.
