None of these - it's less mauve than Earl Grey, darker than Snowstorm or Moonstone and less green than Graphite.

And it's definitely not a Noodler's ink

Great guess (and on my list) but not that one either!

That's a lovely dark grey! It seems like just the color I was looking for before - kind of an anthracite without going too far into black - but gave up because everything was too dark. Ended up going with the more pencil grey Diamine Grey that I played not too long ago. I'm keen to know which ink this one is!

Not that one either - it's not actually supposed to be a grey (I don't think!) - I was expecting more of a blue/black to be honest. But I do like it very much indeed...

Tempted to say Robert Oster Thunderstorm then, which I got a sample of when I was looking for a very dark blue black, but I seem to recall it being much darker than this grey, very nearly black.

So just out of interest, I just swatched it onto Tomoe River (previous pics were on Oxford Optik / Clairfontaine / CP watercolour paper) and it's a bit more like the colour I was expecting (though still a little greyer)...

I wouldn't go that far . . . I am right in the middle of writing another report and as my husband reminds me "when you are working, you are laser focused". He's pretty accurate.
