Of these, I think Honeycomb is the closest. Sepia Classico doesn't seem far off. The others seem too brown.

The mystery ink has a fairly dusty and unsaturated look.

I'll point out that the image was done with a dip pen and I started the fourth line with too much ink, as you can easily tell by the 'a' in 'at', and I think the fourth and most of the fifth line are more darker and saturated than this ink normally shows.

Cognac Brown is pretty close. Topaz too brown.

In the warm artificial light I am using now (as it is late evening here), I am currently seeing the mystery ink as an orange, not brown, that varies from a faded creamy orange to a burnt orange. (And, the more I look at this ink, the more I like it!)

IWI Colors of Nature Grain I assume you mean Grain Full - it's too brown and yellow / White Dew? too brown (who knew that white dew, or any dew, could be so brown?)
Inkebara - Carmel? all I see is the swatch at hamiltonpens.com but that swatch looks very close - it's got both the faded creamy orange and the burnt orange
