Nope, not a Herbin - and it's not as light blue as Pervenche.

    Maybe R & K Blau Permanent?
Alas, no, not a Rohrer & Klingner. But you're heading along the right sort of lines.

It's a regularly available ink, although not particularly well known in the English-speaking FP world.

    Sailor Souten?

I think Souten is a bit darker than the writing sample here, but it's the only light blue ink I've used which is even remotely that soft in appearance.

Nope to all, but Europe is the continent to go for. And the wash may be deceptive; it may lose some dye, but much remains.

Mangetout, mangetout, could it...? Mais, non. Ce n'est pas un produit français.

Ah, I wouldn't be so sure about anything being too permanent; that washed square is a little misleading. Dye has lifted, but solid lines remain. And yeah, S5 Atlantic is rather more towards a blue-black, as far as I can tell.

Yeah, 'fraid so, KKay. Thought it would be helpful to eliminate them as they have so many blues!

BINGO! Well done, Migo. Yep, that's the one. Thus far I'm favourably impressed; good flow, fast drying, and a pleasantly readable mid-blue. It was certainly economical at £2 for 50ml via the South American river.

Well I do check this thread, but I don't have a good memory. Unless I followed the whole thing at one sitting, I don't remember all the discounted ones. I don't know why I keep looking. I guess it is because I love ink. I never heard of Koh-i-noor Document Blue, or Koh-i-noor at all. I do take notes of things of interest to me though, and go back and read them from time to time.

KKay, Kohinoor-Hardtmuth is a Czech (and formerly also Austrian) manufacturer with a very long tradition.
At least here in the German speaking countries they are well known.
Many brick and mortar stores still have some of their products, so the brand is quite common.
I remember that I had colored pencils, wax crayons from them when I was a kid, and later their pencils (among others) in school.

    http://eshop.koh-i-noor.eu/home

They sell all kind of art-supply, pens, office/school supply, paper,......
They are not the biggest and not under the most well known manufacturers, but their stuff is normally quite good and the prices are very competitive.

I think their inks have the best price per ml of all European manufactured inks (it least I do not know any with a better price)

On some of the more protracted ink guesses, I have been known to end up taking notes as the only way to keep track.

    Good morning all

Here's the next ink for guessing. Sorry it's another blue, but all my other inked pens have ink in them that have already been used before here.
    Have fun & good luck
