Not a bad guess, but no.
I´ve used Majestic Blue before in this thread, if you go to my Flickr account you can compare Gloria the Hippo (done with Majestic Blue) with Tarzan.

Nope, I used Topaz about a month ago in this thread, you can compare on my Flickr account the Shark (done with Topaz) with Tarzan.
The new ink is quite darker than Topaz

Nope also not Blue Velvet, it isn't such a "pure" Blue, it has quite a strong teal undertone.

It is quite obvious if you compare the Rat (done with Electric DC Blue) from before which is a pure blue with Tarzan.

This time in bright sunlight, using a Pilot Parallel 2.4mm.
The ink has a really really good flow.
