Did they change the color?

My Noodler's Navy is a teal and an awesome shading ink.
In the VegHead picture the ink look like a pure blue.

Must admit I'd thought of Navy too, but on checking online examples the majority were like Ptero's, thus I dismissed it. Is it Noodler's inconsistency deliberate variation tripping us up again?
