No, Kobe #39 Renga (brick red)?
What? The pic was a hint I thought. Well I just knew I had picked up a clue........lol. Guess not.
Okay then. Franklin-Christoph Terra Firma?
Nope, Diggler mentioned the Klingons previously and as I like Star Trek and Star Wars I thought it might be a good idea to draw something Star Trek related....
But now please explain where you see the connection to Japan?
If that was a Klingon weapon, I didn't know. It looked like an Asian type weapon to me, so I thought for sure it would have to be a Japanese ink.
Noodler's Red Black?
Huh, wadda you know. I may not be able to get a fresh ink posted before tomorrow, so if anyone wishes to step in, feel free.
That was a brown?! Perhaps my monitors, or eyes aren't adjusted properly.
Sure, it's a reddish brown, most obvious when washed , great shading capabilities, it's not only visible in my picture.
Other Examples:
Quite good example as it shows the color before the wash and after the wash side by side:

Nope Klingons write with the the still warm blood of their slain enemy's.
Some prefer to write with the green blood of the Vulcans, so even a color change is possible depending on the species.....
But I'm not sure if this is suitable for fountain pens, I'm concerned about possible clogging issues.

I assumed Klingons used invisible ink - they are the ones with the cloaking device on their ships, aren't they?
Anyway, a new ink. A green ink, in case any monitors are in doubt. Couldn't say if it was Vulcan green, but, despite the lighting restrictions, I'm fairly happy that the colour is accurate.
