So the Manufacturer of the ink is only a single person, a one man show.
And this guy does not speak English?

..... I donˋt think that I know any one man manufacturers which fit to that description.

Maybe there is a Korean, Japanese or Chinese hermit, which brew ink alone in the woods 4 times a year in his hut, distributing the home brew ink to his followers which I'm not aware off...

I was having that thought too. I'll cut a n00b some slack, but when no one can figure out the cryptic clues perhaps it's time to provide a few more details and help direct traffic.

It is not Monteverde Red Velvet.
It is not Diamine Ancient Copper.
It is not Noodler's Antietam.
It is not J.Herbin Rouge Hematite.

The manufacturer may or may not speak English.
The ink is a famous brand which may not be common in English-speaking countries, though it's unclear if this means the brand or just the specific ink color.
