    YES!

I put Blue Ocean into a pen, managed to win the last round, and laughed heartily as I'd be following up a 1670 Anniversary ink with another 1670 Anniversary ink.
I've a sample vial of blue ocean that's sat in a drawer for months and based on this mystery ink I think I'll finally try it.

I don't like to guess twice in succession, but I held back on the Pen & Message Cigar a while back and was pipped at the post

    So here goes...

He gave it to me because he knows I like green inks, and it's only available at the one shop near his home in Japan. I don't know if the shop has an online site, so chances are you can't even look it up online. It's a Sailor ink. To be honest I'm not sure if it has a more specific and unique name than what's on the box. It says Sailor Jentle Nikko. I'll have a proper new ink up shortly.
I can confirm for the general masses that this ink is...
Sailor Jentle Joyful Honda SE Nikko Green.
There are a series of inks made to represent different areas of the prefecture the store is located in. Nikko is a beautiful small city in Tochigi that is famous for being the site of Toshogu, the famed Shinto shrine established in 1617 as a lavish memorial for Tokugawa Ieyasu, founding ruler of the Tokugawa shogunate, or Edo Period.
So if I go to the Gunma Joyful Honda there are a series of Sailor inks only for the Gunma shop, etc...
Yup, that would have been really obscure... but now people know that there are even more SE Sailor inks than just the usual store exclusives
It sure looked like a 'proper' ink to me.
One day I must travel to Japan with an empty suitcase so that I can bring back some ink......

Stormy Grey has sparkles and a somewhat bluer tinge though, does it not?

AFAIK, if you wit for sparkles to sink down and then fill the pen you can get your ink without the sparkles.

Aww shucks! I've never won anything in my life before!

Apologies for the poor quality photo - I don't have a scanner and the sun rises and sets while I'm at work.

The mystery ink proper is on the top. Below the red lines there is another similar ink which, although not the mystery ink, is still a mystery ink. Double points if you can guess them both!

I would do it for the children, but unfortunately not this ink. Kon Peki was a good guess, but no cigar.

    Not a Diamine ink, sadly.

Both inks exhibit what someone (apologies if you are that someone) called 'grotto'.
