The picture definitely looks blueish to my eyes but based on the hints I'll stay away from blue-ish teals. There's a handful of Iroshizuku inks that I think might be the mystery ink but I'll limit my guess to Syo-Ro (this is still a blue-ish teal but not as blue as my initial guess).

It really is a Green not a Teal

The blue touches I mentioned are only a very small part of what you would call Green
Maybe my attempts at white balancing made the picture too cool

That feels close but may be bluer
