You're getting closer! Diamine is correct.
But Prussian Blue is brighter and greenisher than this one.

I'm with you, indeed it's not BB or DRI.
Hint: Take a look away from their standard or 150th anniversary range!

No, I wouldn't say so, CP DDB is saturated and very blue. I guess it is Diamine Chopin.

No, not Tsuki-yo. A couple of hints: not Japanese, no teal in it, not permanent, has been there for many years, some see there a purplish overtone (I would not say so, at least not in a wet pen and not comparing with blurples).

    That's a lot of hints

It seems to have a lot of shading properties , how about J Herbin Eclat de Saphir ?

Not Eclat de Saphir nor Herbin at all. Not French made actually.
More hints: this ink has been there for many years just as it's famous super saturated sibling of a different colour. Many call it wet but it is not (the sibling is), it is extremely well behaved and in such wet fine nib as the one above it looks very well, while in dry nibs it is not that impressive.

No, it is neither Parker nor any other ink made by/for Newell Brands (that's another hint)

Well that rules out a Blue Sharpie (and Waterman's Serenity Blue)

So what about Sheaffer Skrip Blue ?

Not an entirely bad guess, but this ink is somewhat darker than the Skrip and most importantly both the maker and the ink are from Europe

OK then , going from your clue about an established saturated sibling , I'm guessing one I've often tried to order to find its not in stock , Aurora Blue

Precisely - Aurora Blue Great in wet pens, not permanent but extremely well behaved and easy to clean. Not the most impressive ink, a very nice ink nevertheless. Btw I can send you a free 5ml sample of it if you want - as a prize for the winner (send me a PM)
    Your turn
