No , looking at images of Sakura-mori that seems more of a Rose Pink

He really is a groovy cat
    And he's a gentleman, a scholar, he's a acrobat
    ... but he's not Japanese ...

No , that looks darker and maybe more saturated , Sakura mori was a lot closer in shade

He's in the pink, the Pink Panther
    The rinky-dink panther
And it's as plain as your nose
That he's the one and only, truly original
Not Diamine pink from head to toe

Rose Tendresse would be closer , if it was J Herbin
But its hails from a little further east than France and technically the song should really be

Well here she is, the pink panther,
    The rinky-dink panther,
Isn't she a panther ever so pink?

While your hints are beautiful and I most appreciate them, I have never used any pink inks, so it's rather difficult...
Anyway, let's try then DA Heather Violet

    Yes - it's not a popular colour I guess

Close with Heather Violet but its not by De Atrementis

It is a German ink though , but made in Austria and its full name is rather questionable in the 21st century (or the 20th )

MB Ladies Edition Pearl would be my next guess anyway (all other ideas are gone since yesterday)

    Congratulations , that's correct

Well now you've met The Pink Panther,
    The Pink Panther.
Wasn't she a panther ever so pink?
    You've seen that she's a groovy cat
And what a gentlewoman, a scarlet, what a acrobat!

A lot of hints from the beginning (if you can read my handwriting).

    Artificial lighting.

    No lighting, just a flash.

It is more water resistant and a lot more UV resistant than 4001 RB. And a lot more expensive
